Are you a seasoned GL Senior Accountant ready to make a significant impact on a dynamic team? Look no further! We’re seeking a talented individual to fill the role of GL Accounting Manager. As a key player, you will guide our Finance, audit, unclaimed property, and general ledger teams, driving growth and process improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with accrual accounting and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication in individual or group situations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and E-mail; Sage Intacct experience is a plus.
• Experience with multi-company/divisional financials.
• Previous experience managing a department of at least five employees.

Key Job Functions:

• G/L postings, fixed assets/depreciation, bank reconciliations, and AR transactions.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and support transactional reviews.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly GL, AR, and Cash reports.
• Assist in the monthly close process and financial statement preparation.
• Correspond with banks and agencies for issue resolution.
• Assist with audits and update policies & procedure documentation.
• Meet contractual commitments to clients through accurate reporting.
• Prepare and control company cash flow and budget.
• Assist with cost analysis and reporting.
