Junior Accountant (QuickBooks Experience Required)

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with experience in QuickBooks to join our dynamic finance team.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Accountant with a firm grasp of QuickBooks to assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting compliance efforts. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for accounting, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
✔ Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks (Online & Desktop).
✔ Process invoices and payments and manage expense reports.
✔ Perform bank reconciliations and assist in tax compliance.
✔ Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
✔ Assist with payroll processing and financial data entry.
✔ Support the finance team in auditing and budgeting processes.
✔ Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
Who We’re Looking For
✅ 1 to 2 years of accounting experience (BPO experience is a plus).
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✅ Proficiency in QuickBooks (both Online & Desktop versions).
✅ Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
✅ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
