Paid Search Specialist



  • Google Ad Management: Execute and manage Google ad activities including auditing, forecasting, optimizing, budgeting, campaign creation, testing, and reporting for multiple clients.
  • Keyword Bidding: Handle keyword bidding to maximize campaign performance.
  • Research & Analysis: Perform advanced research and analysis on search, display, YouTube, and Performance Max (PMax) performance metrics.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, including ROAS, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Account Managers to align Google strategies and optimizations with overarching campaign objectives.
  • Reporting: Track campaigns and present findings and recommendations for clients.


  • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign creation and management.
  • Expertise: Proven experience in Google Ads, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
  • Optimization Skills: Experience with A/B testing and ad optimization.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to derive insights from data to inform campaign strategy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management: Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications: Google Ads certification.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Marketing Analytics: Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Communication Tools: Comfortable using Slack for client communication.
  • Industry Knowledge: Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging tactics.
